As part of the TrapWire Specialist Program, TrapWire provides designated TrapWire Specialists at each customer site with an enhanced User Training and customer support program designed to help the customer generate the maximum benefit out of their TrapWire system deployment and ensure that key knowledge is successfully transferred when employees transfer in and out of the security department. TrapWire Specialists receive:

• TrapWire User Training
• TrapWire Train-the-Trainer instruction and materials
• Ongoing advance communication regarding new capabilities in the TrapWire system
