While there has been significant progress made in improving AI learning, even the best AI tools still struggle with nuances that come naturally to most people. As a technology company, we realized early-on that the best technologies are those that augment human capabilities, not replace them entirely. It is for this reason that we continue to advocate for a “human in the loop” approach when it comes to AI and the security industry. Sound human instincts and judgement are still, for the moment, irreplaceable assets.
